Before Device Maintenance Starts
You may cancel before device check work begins. Inspection, pickup or delivery charges may apply if already performed or communicated.
After Device Maintenance Starts
Once work has started or parts have been arranged, cancellation may involve labor, inspection or parts charges.
Refund Review
Refunds are reviewed case-by-case based on service type, service outcome, warranty terms and device condition.
